Holiday Toy Giveaway

Dynamic CRE, Palladium USA and Operation Community Care partnered to make a big impact on the community at OCC’s annual toy drive in December. Operation Community Care, a nonprofit based in Southern Dallas, is dedicated to providing vulnerable families, single parents and children with everyday essentials.

Annual Home for the Holidays
Celebration, Dallas

Celebration at the stunning Singing Hills Recreation Center. District 8 Council Member Tennell Atkins and his staff as well as the Dallas Parks and Recreation Department served lunch and gifts to Southern Dallas families. Their efforts were truly remarkable, providing 7,000 meals, adopting more than 500 families, and hosting 400 attendees from the community on Dec 9, 2022.

Dallas Housing Coalition’s Rally
at City Hall

Team Palladium USA joined forces with Dallas city council members, state representatives and the community to advocate for greater access to affordable housing for our Dallas residents. The Dallas Housing Coalition rally at City Hall happened on September 20, 2023.

Our team loves to help empower futures by making a difference! We collaborate with JN Ervin Elementary School, DISD, and Team Palladium USA for a School Supply Drive. Together, we’re building a brighter tomorrow for young minds.

Unity in the Community

The “Unity in the Community” event, in its first edition, brought together families in a joyful celebration of diversity, promoting connections and providing an opportunity to listen to city leaders. Participants joined for a day filled with enjoyment, education, and a strong sense of togetherness in Dallas. This cost-free community fair featured a wide variety of activities, ranging from a one-mile community walk to a complimentary animal clinic. The event offered a multitude of entertaining and interactive experiences, ensuring that everyone who attended had a memorable time.
