President of Dynamic CRE, Broker
Kim Parker (formerly Schwimmer), President of Dynamic CRE, started in commercial real estate in the mid 1990’s, and has developed a unique expertise brokering undeveloped land. Kim represents real estate developers, business owners, investors and families with their land acquisitions and divestitures throughout the state of Texas. She has closed hundreds of transactions throughout Texas, in both tertiary markets and the urban core.
Kim is also the sole Managing Member of The Land Experts, a consultant and developer of luxury workforce housing communities. These first-class developments are located throughout the state of Texas. Information about the Land Experts’ developments can be found at www.TXLandExperts.com.
Before going into real estate, Kim began her career on Wall Street and spent a decade working in the banking and mutual fund industries. Kim worked in the Dallas finance scene for several years, and founded a land investment consortium which transitioned into a full service commercial real estate practice. Kim, formerly co-owner of RKS Group, is now President of Dynamic Commercial Real Estate, serving developers, investors and landowners throughout DFW in their site selection, acquisition and land sales. Kim obtained a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
Kim has participated in BISNOW panel discussions on commercial real estate trends and is a sought after industry resource on developing affordable housing. Kim, a D-CEO Power Broker, is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), the Independent Broker Network, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, The Real Estate Council, and Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers (TAAHP). Kim is active in the community and is a Board Member of Operation Community Care, a non-profit based in Southern Dallas dedicated to providing vulnerable families, single parents and children with everyday essentials. Director of Real Estate Transactions
After spending over thirty years managing a full range of customer focused accounts, Keith has both the experience and “can do attitude” to understand, deliver and exceed customer expectations.
Whether listing your commercial land or searching for a new development site, as Vice President at Dynamic Commercial Real Estate, Keith uses his experience in site selection to find properties that are the best fit for our clients. This includes a thorough site vetting process that results in matching the needs of the developer with the goals of the community. Further, at Dynamic, the service does not stop with the site vetting, site selection or contract closing. Dynamic partners closely with municipalities, agencies, civil engineers, architects and the full development team to contribute to a project’s success before, during and after closing.
Additionally, Keith is a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Agent (TREC #713864) who partners closely with clients in their evaluation and execution of investment and commercial opportunities.
Prior to joining Dynamic, Keith served as Vice President, Investments for RKS Group Inc. Keith was responsible for servicing the firm’s investor base, setting the firm’s marketing communication strategy and overseeing the firm’s multimillion dollar real estate investment portfolio.
Keith is heavily involved in community, charitable and municipal government activities. He has served on both City of Dallas and Dallas County commissions. Keith has served for several years on the Board of Directors of the Dallas County Historical Foundation/the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza. Most recently this service has included Treasurer of its Board of Directors. His broad range of experience has allowed Keith to serve as an experienced resource for both his clients and the community. In 2021, Keith was appointed by the Dallas City Council to serve on the Board of the Dallas Public Facilities Corporation; he currently serves as President.
A fifth generation Texan, Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Texas Christian University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Christian University. Keith lives in the Uptown neighborhood in Dallas and enjoys art, politics and TCU Football!
Manager of Land Acquisitions
Elizabeth Deitchman serves as Manager of Land Acquisitions for Dynamic Commercial Real Estate. She is directly responsible for identifying, analyzing and recommending potential locations for new development. Elizabeth works closely with our partner, Palladium USA, and their consultants to continually streamline and enhance our site selection process. She offers a unique perspective in her approach to the site selection process that is immensely effective. In addition to site vetting, Deitchman also governs the website, social media marketing, and events for Dynamic Commercial Real Estate.
Prior to working with Dynamic Commercial Real Estate, Deitchman was affiliated with municipalities in the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. She served as a key component of the Peoria Forward program where she executed entrepreneurial ecosystem development for the City of Peoria, AZ in partnership with Arizona State University and the City of Peoria. Before this experience, she worked for the City of Cave Creek, AZ in their planning and zoning department.
Elizabeth, a Pennsylvania native, began her career in real estate after graduating from Arizona State University with a Master of Science in Innovation and Venture Development. She also graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design and a minor in Urban Planning from Arizona State University. She has since settled down in Texas and now calls Dallas home. She has held positions in administration and office management and has developed a strong process-orientated approach to serving clients.
