We consider it part of our professional duty to have the most current industry resources. As part of our continual growth as a firm we are active members in prestigious professional organizations. Below are just a few of our many industry affiliations.
Site Selection: Understanding the complexities of real estate development, we know a successful commercial real estate process begins with finding a site that not only meets market demand but is also financially viable. The process is not a race, but a marathon and it takes a tremendous amount of research, community outreach, and understanding a city’s vision to find the right location. Many of the sites we target are not for sale and successfully working with property owners who are not motivated sellers requires sharp negotiation and communication skills in order to facilitate these very challenging transactions.
Land Sales: We have a unique understanding of the local land markets, because we have been active DFW land investors for decades. We treat every opportunity as if we are the landowner and approach each situation with creativity, enthusiasm and tenacity. We are not satisfied by simply securing a contract; each prospective buyer is intensely qualified so that the contracts we ultimately secure have a high chance of closing.
Development Services: We are consultants and co-developers of premier affordable rental housing in the state of Texas. Click on this link for more info: www.TXlandexperts.com
“The Palladium RedBird transaction would not have happened without Kim. In addition to being the person who first saw the potential of the site and presenting it to her client, Kim was involved in every step. Even through tense negotiations, Kim kept her eye on the prize and made sure we came out of meetings with resolutions that would allow the process to advance. I look forward to working with Kim again in the future.”
Peter Brodky, RE-Imagine Redbird
“Communication and perception are two skills that the best commercial brokers have, and Kim’s skills in those two areas are second to none. I have worked with her on many commercial contracts and she knows when to press and when to compromise, but always keeping the client’s interests front and center. I want her on my team.”
